Announced an International Children’s Art Competition & Concourse for

46th “Small Montmartre Of Bitola 2027”

for participation on the 46th world children’s art colony and 45th world children’s art exhibition “Bitola 2027”

Conditions For Participation:

Only 4 rules how to participate:

1. School’s [ young fine artists and talented children at the age from 4 up to 21 years old ] can participate on the competition for the colony and the exhibition.

2. The theme of the competition for 2027 year is free as well as the paper size.

3. Art works need to be send as a collections from every school via post mail [ private or state ] and the collection low limit of number of paintings sent as well taken as qualified by the organization needs to have at least 20 art works.

4. All formats, art materials and techniques are allowed.

Nota bene:

On every painting should be printed and glued on the back of it the following data: Name and surname of the student, Age, School, Name and surname of the art teacher, e-mail, official address.

No hand written data will be accepted.

Good to be known:

All paintings with their arrival are becoming an part of the organization’s art collection fond. The organization has every right to make a reproductions of them in purposes of the events only connected with the main goal of promoting children’s art.

On the shipment and all about it:

Always write: “No commercial values
Children paintings for exhibition and cultural purposes only”

The organization will not pay any customs fee if you put a financial value on your shipment and the same will be returned back to you as a sender.

Please find it good to know:

This is an exhibition for children; therefore, please ensure the drawings do not feature military uniforms, blood, battles, nudity, or other inappropriate content unsuitable for children.

Please adhere to these guidelines, as the exhibition is intended for children aged 4 and up. Drawings containing such content will be disqualified!

Awards:

1. The Exhibition:

    

   On the 45th edition of the world children’s art exhibition “Bitola 2027” the following Awards will be given:

    

   1. 250 Special Diplomas for individual approach in the art for students

   2. 150 “Gold Palettes” awards for best individuals - students

   3. 20 “Best Colections” awards fot best schools paticipants

   4. 30 “Invitations for the participation on the colony” awarded to the best schools [ Invitations for 1 art professor and 2 students ]

    

   On the exhibition the “big” awards will be given as well as follows:

    

   1. “PhD Bogomil Karlavaris” award for Life-time achievement given to the best art professor for the 2026/2027

   2. “Professor Kosta Hadji-Antonovski” award given for worldwide promotion of the organized form of value of the art talent of the young students as well the organized form of working on promoting their talent for the 2026/2027

   3. “Professor Svetlana Veshich-Ralevich” award given for the best pedagogical approach on working with young fine artists and talented students will be given for art professor for the 2026/2027

   4. “Patron Of Art” award given to individual, company or institution for their unconditional support for 2026/2027

   5. “Pearl Of Art” award given to the best student on the exhibition for 2026/2027

   6. “Guardian Of The Kosta’s Legacy” award given for special contribution in working with young fine artists and talented students for 2026/2027

   7. “Small Montmartre Of Bitola” awards given for supporting the goals of the organization for 2026/2027

   8. Grand Prix” award for best school as well collection of the 45th edition 2027

    

    

2. The Colony:

    

   On the 46th edition of the world children’s art colony “Small Montmartre Of Bitola” 2027 the following Awards will be given:

    

   1. 4 awards of the day for best participants for 7 colonial days

   2. 12 “Best participants” awards for the participants of the colony for 2027

   3. “Best student of the colony” award for 2027

   4. “Best school participant on the colony” award for 2027

Keep in mind:

 

The teams [ one professor and 2 students] from 30 schools invited to participate on the colony will paint 7 days on the theme “Old architecture”.

5 working days in Bitola and by 1 visit to Ohrd and “Saint John The Baptist” Bigorski Monastery.

The students under age of 12 will not be allowed to participate as well students over 18 years old. Only with special permission from the organization students who are in age of 19 can participate.

The art works who will not follow the theme will not be evaluated. Teachers who will paint to their students art works will be disqualified. The organization will provide some of the working materials.

The participants will be accommodated in hotel in total of 7 days full board 23 up to 30 of may 2027 [starting with dinner on 23 may - ending with lunch on 30 of may ].

The travel expenses to Bitola are not obligation of the organization.

 

Deadline & info:

 

The concourse starts on 20 September 2026 and ends on 20 February 2027. You have 6 months to send your shipment on time!

The results for teachers and schools will be announced no later than 20 march 2027 on our web site and the prizes for students on 20 april 2027.

Become the trademark for the 46th edition of the “Small Montmartre of Bitola” World Children’s Art Colony in 2027!

 

How?

 

For several years, we have made it a practice to select a drawing created by a young artist to serve as the trademark across all promotional materials for the “Small Montmartre of Bitola” World Children’s Art Colony and the associated “Bitola” World Children’s Exhibition.

This year, you have the opportunity to compete directly for this significant honor:

• draw your idea
• use a 35×35 cm sheet of paper (square format) as your base
• ensure the drawing features cheerful colors and striking figures or objects
• use any technique you like (do not include numbers or letters)

When sending your submission, please write "drawing for the 2027 colony rebranding" on the back of the artwork.
